Refund Policy

All RETREAT RESERVATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE  but in most cases can be transferred to another date within the same year.

• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)1 two weeks will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price.
• Reason for return must be stated in email.(e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return is United States mail or UPS.
• Process of refund: Refund will be initiated upon receipt of return.
